Beauty Equipment Costs: Compare Quotes Beyond the Machine Price

The useful price comparison is the cost of the same equipment configuration delivered to your location and supported under written terms. Separate the machine price from freight, destination charges, consumables and service. A lower advertised price is not automatically a lower operating cost.

What belongs in the purchase budget?

Request packed dimensions and gross weight before obtaining freight quotes. Do not estimate the delivered cost from machine weight alone or assume that a “free shipping” headline includes import charges.

A worksheet you can send with your enquiry

Copy these fields into your supplier comparison. Leave unanswered entries as “not confirmed”, not zero.

How do I calculate consumable cost per appointment?

For each approved consumable, multiply its unit cost by the actual documented or measured quantity used, then add any single-use accessories. Use quantities from your exact workflow. If consumption or replacement intervals are unknown, collect those inputs before publishing a per-treatment cost.

Consumable cost per appointment = sum of unit cost × quantity used, plus single-use items. This excludes staff time, room costs, payment fees and other operating expenses. Do not treat it as the complete cost of providing a service.

How many appointments would recover the equipment investment?

Divide the relevant initial investment by the contribution from each appointment, using your own prices and measured variable costs. This is a planning calculation, not a booking forecast or profitability promise. If contribution is zero or negative, the calculation does not produce a viable recovery target.

Illustration only: a hypothetical $2,000 setup cost and $40 contribution per appointment gives 50 appointments to recover that setup cost. These figures are not ROVANCHY equipment prices, observed salon results or a forecast; fixed overhead, downtime, taxes and financing can change the result.

How should I compare warranty offers?

Compare what happens after a fault, not just the advertised duration. Ask who diagnoses the problem, which parts are covered, whether parts and labour are separate, who pays shipping and how a replacement is arranged. A remote-support offer is different from local repair or installation.

Which laser and HIFU costs need separate confirmation?

For laser equipment, request specifications and replacement terms for the exact handpiece and light source. For HIFU, request the compatible-cartridge list, supplied quantities and documented cartridge limits. Do not assume compatibility or replacement life from similar names or housings.

How can I get a comparable ROVANCHY quotation?

Send the model link, quantity, delivery address and required accessories. Ask for separate equipment and delivery amounts and written confirmation of service terms. Prepare a wholesale enquiry or use the quotation-request checklist. No fixed stock, delivery date or warranty is implied by this worksheet.
